Can I tailor my package?

Yes. In most cases we can adapt our services to suit client needs, however this does vary on a case by case basis. If you are unsure about whether we can meet your specific requirements, then we are happy to discuss this with you individually by phone/email.

Do you charge IVA?

Yes. We add this on separately to any invoices / bills.

Is your business legally registered?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Can you help source local trades people?

Whilst we often do maintenance / repairs ourselves, we also have a number of reputable businesses that we are able to source if it is out of our capability. For instance, we can recommend people for air-conditioning, painting, plumbing and electric.

Do you have a uniform?

Yes! All of our staff wear our t-shirts and jackets with the parasol logo on, especially when we are doing meet and greets.

How many properties do you manage?

We currently manage over 60 properties.

Which areas do you cover?

We manage a range of properties in Los Alcázares, Roda Golf and surrounding areas within Costa Calida.

I don't live locally and I don't want to rent out my property to guests. Can you still accommodate me?

Of course! If your property is just being used by yourselves and/or friends and family, then we are happy to arrange and accommodate you for this as well.
