Key Holding

Essential Package – “Key Holding Only”

We understand the importance of security to property owners who do not reside in the vicinity and pride ourselves in ensuring a reliable and efficient service seven days a week. For clients who do not wish to regularly rent their property but wish to ensure keys are readily available if needed, this is the package for you. We will maintain your keys in a secure place; all our keys are coded without using personal names or addresses.

This service provides a huge advantage to clients for any potential maintenance or renovation work needed, we are able to meet the relevant tradesperson at the property to provide access if needed.

Premium Package – “Key Holding with Monthly Inspections”

In addition to our key holding service we offer monthly inspections in which we will check your property every month when it is vacant. We will ensure the following inspection takes place:

  • - Ensure persiana blinds are functioning
  • - Water – flushing toilets & checking of taps
  • - Opening doors and windows to air the property
  • - Checking for damp, mould and water leaks
  • - Watering plants inside & out (by request only)
  • - Checking air conditioning and heating as necessary
  • - General security observations in/around your property

If there are any problems with the above we will report back to the owner with supporting information including photographs if necessary and will work with the owner to rectify any issues or work needed.

Our Services

Cleaning & Laundry

Cleaning & Laundry Service

After your guests depart we will check your property for any damage or missing items and report back to you if any action is necessary.

Our standard cleans after guests have vacated your property includes the following:

  • - Removing used bed linen for professional laundry
  • - Cleaning of towels using washing powder and conditioner provided by us
  • - Remaking beds, replacing towels, toilet rolls and hand soap
  • - Cleaning of all toilets, sinks, baths, showers and mirrors
  • - Polishing indoor furniture, vacuum rugs, sweep and mop tiled floors
  • - Window cleaning for visible marks such as handprints, splashes etc (please note full window cleans inside and out incur additional charges)
  • - Emptying and cleaning bins
  • - Cleaning of kitchen including unplugging kettles, inside microwave, oven and fridge (please note all remaining perishable food items will be removed from the fridge and disposed of – unless informed otherwise)

In order that we can facilitate the above we ask all our clients to provide a minimum of two sets of bed linen for each bed. Professional laundering of the following items can be arranged at an extra cost if required:

  • - Mattress and pillow protectors
  • - Bedspreads and quilts
  • - Table cloths
  • - Rugs and/or decorative cushions
  • - Sofa throws and blankets

Pre-Season Cleans

As many properties have been left vacant or had minimum guests during the winter period we highly recommend a pre-season clean. These are usually undertaken around March/April every year. The main aim is to ensure that your property is in the best condition possible, whether this is for you or your guests, ahead of the busy summer period. A pre-season clean includes the following:

  • - Defrosting of freezers
  • - Cleaning underneath/on top of fridges, freezers and washing machines
  • - Cleaning ovens, extractor hoods and filters
  • - Cleaning windows inside and out
  • - Moving of furniture to clean underneath
  • - Cleaning of wardrobes, cupboards and drawers
  • - Cleaning of skirting boards, door frames and window frames
  • - Cleaning of patios and terraces (including outside furniture)
  • - Cleaning blinds and shutters

Domestic Cleans

We offer a domestic clean to owners & guests on an ad-hoc basis. This service includes a general clean of the property but does not include laundry and towel changes.

Maintenance & Call Outs

Maintenance, Renovations & Repairs

We are able to liaise with reputable local businesses to provide additional services. If you would like improvements made to your property or need maintenance. We would be pleased to provide quotes and arrange this for you. From locksmiths, to plumbers, carpenters, boiler engineers and general DIY, we are flexible and can accommodate most requirements to meet your needs. Quotations will be provided to owners and work agreed prior to commencement.

Call Outs

In the event of an emergency, dealing with maintenance requests (as detailed above), home deliveries/collections, and call out charges will occur at our standard rate as detailed within our price list.

Airport Services

Airport Transfers

We are pleased to arrange airport transfers for your guests to and from Murcia International Airport. Flight details, times, passenger numbers with ages and luggage size and quantity will be required at the time of booking.

Meet & Greets

We offer a meet and greet service to all our guests. We will contact guests by e-mail or telephone approximately a week before their departure to confirm their flight arrival details and discuss means of transport to the property. We ask guests to contact us when they are 15-minutes away from their property to ensure we meet them on time. Guests are given a set of keys and we will provide our contact number in case this is needed for any emergencies.

Welcome Packs

We are happy to provide a welcome pack for your guests to ensure they have the essentials when they arrive. A pack will consist of the following; Tea, coffee, sugar, 1-litre of semi-skimmed milk, 1-litre of orange juice, 1-litre of water, 1 bottle of wine (red or white), 6-pack of beer, 1 loaf of bread, butter, jam, 1 packet of biscuits and 1 large packet of plain crisps. Our welcome pack is payable by the guest on arrival at the property in cash. Welcome packs must be booked in advance.

Hire of Baby Equipment

We can arrange for the hire of high chairs, cots, buggies, sterilizers, booster seats and bouncy chairs for your guests use if required. Price is given on application and paid for in cash by your guests on arrival at your property.
